It is with great pleasure and an honor to endorse Belinda Muncie for Re-Election to the office of Muncie City Clerk. She has tremendously upgraded all the aspects of the office especially in the area of Transparency and accessibility to benefit all Muncie Citizens. Her efforts in budget management and staff support to the City Council has been truly superior to any of her predecessors. Her willingness to serve “All Citizens”, not just a select few, is self evident. I Richard Ivy – pledge my full support for Belinda’s Re-Election and wish her continued success providing exceptional and dedicated service to the Citizens of Muncie.

I have been acquainted with Belinda for several years. Since she was first elected, if she had questions about something
in her office regarding the accounting of funds, she would not hesitate to call to seek guidance. Since I retired, I’ve also helped her with some accounting functions as well as helping her in her review of the offices internal controls. I have always felt that her main interest was the proper operation of her office. I wholeheartedly recommend Belinda Munson
remain in office by endorsing her for re-election.

During my 4 terms on City Council I have served alongside 3 City Clerks. The last 3 years under Belinda’s leadership. The Muncie City Clerk’s office is running more proficient and with a greater quality of service to the citizens of Muncie.

One of the things that Belinda has led, was to update the online access to the agendas, minutes, resolutions and ordinances for City Council. While I was serving as President of the Council in 2020 during the Covid Pandemic having the minutes and agendas online made it easier for Council and the citizens to communicate even though we could not do that in person. The Clerk’s office runs so smoothly under Belinda’s leadership. Please join me in supporting and voting to re-elect Belinda Munson for Muncie City Clerk.

During my first term as Delaware County Clerk I have really enjoyed the opportunity of working with City Clerk Belinda Munson. Belinda improved the office to one of the best in our state. Please join me in supporting Belinda Munson for re-election as your City Clerk.

I would openly like to declare my support of Belinda Munson for the position of Muncie City Clerk. Belinda is a long-time resident of Muncie and loves our community. She has served on numerous Not-For-Profit Organizations always striving to make the lives of her fellowman better. I have witnessed this for myself when I observed her provide shelter for a person who was in need. I find Belinda to be an extremely credible person as she has an MA degree in Executive Development in Public Service. This being a trait needed for our next City Clerk. The clerk has many duties including taking notes at public meetings, filing records for the court, and being the record keeper for all city business. Belinda has a good understanding of the fact that friendly relations should be maintained with the public. Most importantly, Belinda has a heart for people.

As a fellow republican, I endorse Belinda Munson as candidate for Muncie City Clerk. Belinda served as a member of the CTS management team from 2013-2017 where she was instrumental and excelled in handling the office management operations for my company. This included responsibilities of bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. My books and files were a mess before I hired Belinda. She eagerly took the challenge and turned around my company (and cash flow) within 30 days by aggressively organizing my files into a paperless system and reducing my AR by 80 percent. Belinda was an invaluable asset to my company, and I hated to see her go after the tragedy that occurred with her husband, Andy Munson. Belinda has an impeccable “get it done” work ethic, and I believe she would be the perfect choice for Muncie City Clerk, and I enthusiastically endorse her for this position.

As a former Republican County Chairman Belinda Munson has my endorsement. She has dedication in every job I’ve seen her preform.
